на велостере кстати не такой же мотор? там ведь тоже 1.6 турбо 204 силы

ну в петрозаводске может установка и настройка будет тысяч 20. у нас 120- правильне будет
+ куча второстепенных аспектов в плане гарантии и обслуживания

Поставьте турбину, только после лишних ~50 л.с.. смотрите, чтобы встречным ветром не сдуло в кувет или не «согнуло». Просто знаю случаи, когда металл просто деформировался при установки турбины, когда работал в «СААБ»-е.

У меня была Шкода Октавия полноприводная со стандартным турбовым мотором 1.8, я нашел в Питере человека, который сам писал прошивки для автомобилей концерна ВАГ — Фольксваген-Ауди груп. Есть такой человечек Sergeynik — тюнеры его знают. После его чиповки машины ездят иначе. В стоке мотор 1.8 турбо идет 150лс, после чипа — около 200, но снижается расход, раньше происходит «прием» и увеличивается макс. скорость. Но это, по большей части, лирика. Когда обсуждал с этим человеком чип-тюнинг в общем и целом — он сказал что чиповать имеет смысл только турбовые моторы — на атмосферниках, при учете наличия фильтра нулевого сопротивления и какого-никакого, но прямотока, прирост мощности будет составлять до 20л.с.

Коллектор. Новый коллектор из набора часто дополнен проставками. В таких случаях узел сделан из жаропрочной «нержавейки» или из чугуна (чтобы уж наверняка).

Интеркулер. Мотору придется работать в тепловых и механических режимах, близки к предельным, поэтому без подходящей системы охлаждения не обойтись. По сути, ставят небольшой радиатор, который располагается межу турбиной и впускным коллектором. Разные изделия работают по-разному (есть интеркулеры «воздушного» типа, попадаются и комбинированные «вода-воздух»).

Клапаны. Перепускной «лепесток» — вестгейт регулирует давление газов, подающихся на турбину и стравливают воздух на выпуск. Эффективность их работы определяется диаметром проходного сечения. Еще один клапан ставят между нагнетателем и впускным коллектором – он стравливает избыточное давление, когда дроссель закрыт.

Этот комплекс требует надежной системы управления, которая регулирует подачу топлива и зажигание.

При всей кажущейся простоте такой способ имеет и некоторые «противопоказания». Первое – цена. Стоит такой набор от 2 до 3,5 тысяч «зеленых», выбор иногда бывает затруднен. Если Вам это не останавливает, то перед работой лучше посоветоваться со специалистами или вообще доверить это профессионалам.

Обычно меняются поршни – литые не выдерживают, нужны кованые. ЭБУ также может потребовать прошивки.

Нет, ставить можно, но давление придется ограничить до 0,3 – 0,5 бар (иначе коробка выйдет из строя). Это можно сказать и про «механику» некоторых автомобилей – если не усилить трансмиссию, «турбоэра» машины может оказаться короткой, а последствия – плачевными для кошелька.
