About Hyundai Mobis

As a global auto parts vendor, we focus on autonomous driving, connectivity and electrification to be a leader in the era of smart mobility. Based on three modular auto components (i.e. chassis, cockpit and front-end), we work to make driving safer and easier and also offer service parts that can best serve the purpose. In addition, we are the first global vendor to adopt a massive flow production line for the key components of hydrogen-fueled vehicles, playing a leading role in the development of the technology towards full production.

Our vision is to be a provider of differentiated mobility solutions that combine software and hardware in the upcoming mobility industry. The global automotive industry is shifting fast towards a mobility-driven one centering on autonomous driving, connectivity and electrification. Companies are faced with borderless competition for a sharper technological edge and solid market dominance in the run up to the era of mobility.

In times where new approaches and innovation are required, we at Hyundai Mobis channel our resources toward transforming ourselves into a platform-based smart mobility innovator that combines software and hardware.

First of all, we are developing solutions for autonomous driving embedding electronic controls that prioritize safety based on our experiences and capability gained while developing core components for conventional vehicles. In preparation for the hyper-connected society, we are also working on connectivity systems that can provide optimal mobility through communication between people, vehicles and surrounding traffic.

Another focus area is to increase our capacity to produce core components of electrified vehicles that will play a pivotal role for sustainable future. We also stepping up our R&D efforts to develop new technologies for electrification of vehicles.

As a future mobility technology leader, we are making progress towards ‘carbon neutral’ under a carefully defined roadmap. We are committed to being fully carbon-neutral by 2045 by reducing carbon emissions at our workplaces and supply chain and adopting more products containing less carbon. To this end, we will replace all power sources used at all our business sites with renewable energy sources by 2040. Fulfilling our goal towards becoming carbon neutral is for the globe and future generations.

The further technologies diversify and the faster the market changes, the greater uncertainty entails, but at the same time the more opportunities for growth and expansion will emerge. We are a supplier of service parts that are required for over 58.44 million Hyundai and Kia vehicles running all around the world including Korea.
To ensure the seamless supply of 2.4 million items for over 193 vehicle variants, we have large scale infrastructure including a highly advanced logistics system, which allows us to meet the needs for service parts in a prompt and accurate manner, providing an unparalleled customer experience.

Our service parts business unit keeps improving the way service parts are supplied by, for example, rationalizing logistics hubs and launching advanced logistics systems early. It also prioritizes customer-centric operation to provide better experiences by improving how we interact and communicate with them. All these efforts are intended to meet customer expectations and demand, and we are stepping up the efforts by deploying large scale infrastructure (for logistics, inventory and systems) to ensure the seamless supply of service parts.
