Вот как минимум надо узнать что стоит за голова, что бы:

Штатные динамики диаметром 13 см. Спереди — компонентные, сзади — коаксиальные.

Я смотрел штатную магнитолу на стенде у ОД, полистал меню, мне показалось, оно ни чем не отличается от стандартного меню в андроид устройствах. Что мешает установить те же приложения к которым я привык на своём телефоне или планшете ?

брать штатное ГУ с навигацией нет смысла, беспроводного соединения с телефоном у нас нет,
телефон постоянно будет болтаться на проводке,
это не удобно, то же самое, что пользоваться навигатором в телефоне

На штатной магнитоле стоит какой-то урезанный Андроид, поставить дополнительные приложения не получится.

Он что, настолько урезанный, что не позволяет зайти в инженерное меню, разрешить установку со сторонних источников, установить Навитель, яндекс-карты, браузеры, почту, ютуб и т.д. ? Не доступен ни гугл-плей, ни установка программ с подключённой флешки ?

Просто , когда я был в салоне у ОД, то у них были стенды посвящённые пиканте и на одном из стендов стояла магнитола из GT-Line, так вот на ней был установлен и Навитель, и ютуб и яндекс и гугл-плей и вызывалось вполне нормальное меню андроида со всеми настройками, в том числе и инженерными. Т.е. та классика , которая присутствует в каждом телефоне или планшете. Присутствовала оболочка андроид-авто, но она отключалась и возникал нормальный стол андроида с обычными иконками. Просто я долго сидел, ждал оформления своей машины у ОД, поэтому успел всё разглядеть из интереса.

Install Android Auto on your smartphone
